Who we are
New Leaf Digital is a ClickUp systems and automation consultancy based in Pennsylvania, USA. Privacy matters to us, so this site collects as little as possible. "We," "us" and "our" mean New Leaf Digital.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, website, the topic you pick and your message.
- Call booking: your name, email and any answers you give when you book a time.
- Newsletter: your first name and email address.
- Purchases: template checkout happens on our shop provider, which handles your payment details. We never see your full card number.
That's it. We don't build profiles about you or buy data from anyone.
Analytics and technical data
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook pixels or any advertising trackers. To understand which pages are useful, we use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-first tool that doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal information and can't identify or follow you across other websites. It only shows us totals, like how many people visited a page. Like every website, our host also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To reply to your message and schedule calls.
- To deliver templates or resources you request.
- To send the newsletter, if you signed up.
We never use your information for advertising, and we never sell or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Tools that help us
We rely on a small set of trusted tools to run the site and respond to you: our website host (WordPress), Fathom (privacy-first analytics), Make and ClickUp (to organize inquiries), TidyCal (call booking), EmailOctopus (newsletter) and Payhip (template shop). They only receive what's needed to do their job, and each handles it under its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site may set a few essential cookies so it works properly, and the embedded booking calendar and newsletter form may set their own to function. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Affiliate links
Some links to tools we recommend are affiliate links. If you click one, the tool's own website may set a cookie to credit us. Nothing on our site tracks that click. We may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and client records only as long as we need them to work with you and meet legal and tax requirements, then delete them. Newsletter details are deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime using the link in any email.
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We'll respond within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we're happy to honor them.
